K-Trip ONE Terms of Service

Effective date: March 13, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations and responsibilities between ALL THAT HONORS CLUB Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users, the conditions and procedures of use, payment and refunds, and other necessary matters concerning Korea travel products and services provided through the K-Trip ONE website and mobile application (the "Site").

Article 2 (Business Information)

Article 3 (Definitions)

1. "Site" means the K-Trip ONE website, mobile application and related services operated by the Company. 2. "User" means a member or non-member customer using the Site under these Terms. 3. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms, registers and uses the services. 4. "ID" means an email address or unique account assigned for identification and service use. 5. "Password" means letters, numbers or another authentication method set to protect an account. 6. "Product" means airport assistance, pickup and transportation, travel, tourism, cultural experiences, accommodation, shopping, K-Beauty, K-Pop, K-Fun, and other Korea travel products and services sold or reserved on the Site. 7. "Reservation" means the procedure by which a User applies for a product or service and the Company confirms it. 8. "Payment" means paying for a product or service using a credit card, simple payment, international payment or another method offered by the Company. 9. "Partner Service Provider" means a business or individual affiliated with the Company that actually provides travel, transportation, tourism, experiences, accommodation or other services. 10. "Content" means all information, products, images, videos, text and other materials provided on the Site. Terms not defined here follow applicable law and customary practice.

Article 4 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Site's initial or linked screen. 2. The Company may amend these Terms within applicable law and will announce the effective date and reason at least 7 days in advance together with the current Terms. Changes unfavorable to Users will be announced at least 30 days in advance. 3. A User who disagrees may terminate the service agreement. Continued use after the announced effective date constitutes acceptance. 4. Matters not covered follow applicable law or customary practice. Separate service terms or policies may take precedence.

Article 5 (Protection and Management of Personal Information)

The Company protects Users' personal information under applicable law. Collection, use, retention and processing are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Cookies and Automatic Collection Technologies)

1. The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for operation, analytics and personalized services. 2. These may include essential cookies (login/session), analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics 4), and functional cookies (e.g. language settings). 3. Users may reject cookies in browser settings, but some services may then be limited. 4. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Services)

The Company may provide: 1. Airport Meet & Greet and assistance; 2. Airport transfers and vehicles; 3. Travel and tourism products; 4. Korean cultural and experience programs; 5. Accommodation and hanok products; 6. Restaurant and Korean food products; 7. Shopping products; 8. K-Beauty and wellness products; 9. K-Pop and entertainment products; 10. K-Fun and cultural experience products; 11. Travel information and concierge services; and 12. Other Korea travel products and services offered through the Site. Specific content, dates, times, locations, methods, prices and inclusions are shown on each product detail page.

Article 8 (Reservations and Formation of Contract)

1. Users may select products and reserve and pay under the Company's procedure. 2. A product contract is formed when payment is completed and the Company or provider confirms the reservation. 3. Some reservations require a separate availability check. 4. Users must provide accurate names, contacts, dates, party size and other required information. 5. Users may be responsible for problems caused by incorrect information.

Article 9 (Fees and Payment)

1. Fees are based on amounts shown on product detail pages. 2. Fees may be displayed in KRW or a designated foreign currency such as USD. 3. Users may pay by credit card, international card, simple payment or another designated method. 4. The Company may use a payment gateway (PG); payment information is processed under applicable law and PG policies. 5. International charges may differ because of exchange rates and fees. 6. Separate card or financial institution fees follow that institution's policy. 7. If a product requiring availability confirmation cannot be confirmed, the Company refunds the full payment.

Article 10 (Reservation Changes)

1. Availability and fees for changes follow the conditions on the product page or provided at booking. 2. Changes to date, time, party size or other details may be restricted by availability. 3. Users bear additional costs caused by changes.

Article 11 (Cancellation and Refunds)

1. Product-specific cancellation and refund terms take precedence. 2. If none are shown: cancellation at least 48 hours before use - full refund; 24 to 48 hours before use - 50% refund; within 24 hours - no refund; no-show without prior notice - no refund. 3. Airline, performance, accommodation or tour-operator policies may differ and will be stated on the product page. 4. If service cannot be provided due to the Company's fault, the product payment will be refunded. 5. Method and timing depend on the payment method and payment institution.

Article 12 (Use of Services)

1. Users must use services on the reserved date and time. 2. Airport assistance, vehicles, tours and experiences may change due to traffic, weather, airport operations or other unavoidable causes. 3. Refunds may be restricted when a User misses service due to lateness or personal circumstances without fault by the Company. 4. Users must follow reasonable instructions and safety rules.

Article 13 (Hours, Restrictions and Suspension)

1. The Site is generally available 24/7. 2. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the service for maintenance, server failures, natural disasters or similar causes, and will announce scheduled suspension in advance. 3. Service may be restricted or changed because of force majeure, operational circumstances of airports, transport, attractions or partners, User safety, or other causes beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Article 14 (Partner Service Providers)

1. The Company may work with third-party partners or providers. 2. Depending on the product, actual service may be provided by the Company or a Partner Service Provider. 3. Specific partner-service terms are provided on the product page or during reservation. 4. The Company may change providers for operational reasons and will give advance notice if this materially affects use.

Article 15 (User Obligations)

Users must not: 1. use another person's information or account; 2. register or provide false or inaccurate information; 3. interfere with the Company or providers; 4. infringe another person's rights, reputation, credit or legitimate interests; 5. infringe intellectual property rights in Company Content; 6. post or distribute illegal or advertising information; 7. violate applicable law; or 8. engage in conduct considered inappropriate for normal service use.

Article 16 (Management of Posts)

1. Authors are generally responsible for posts they submit. 2. The Company may remove or relocate without prior notice posts that defame or insult others, distribute illegal information or violate law, contain advertising, or infringe copyright or other intellectual property.

Article 17 (Company Obligations)

1. The Company complies with applicable law and these Terms and endeavors to provide continuous, stable service. 2. It endeavors to promptly handle legitimate opinions and complaints. 3. It protects personal information learned while providing services under applicable law. 4. It bears responsibility under applicable law for damage caused by its fault.

Article 18 (Copyright and Ownership of Content)

1. Copyright and intellectual property rights in Company logos, images, wording, designs and other Site Content belong to the Company or lawful rights holders. 2. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use Site Content without prior consent.

Article 19 (Termination)

1. Members may terminate the agreement at any time through the withdrawal function or customer service. 2. Upon withdrawal, personal information may be retained for a period required by law; other information will be destroyed without delay.

Article 20 (Damages)

A User who violates these Terms or causes damage to the Company intentionally or negligently is liable for that damage.

Article 21 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, war, government action, traffic, airport operations, flight delay or cancellation, or other matters beyond reasonable control. 2. It is not liable for damage attributable to the User. 3. Liability for matters attributable to a Partner Service Provider is determined under applicable law and contractual relationships. 4. The Company has no duty to intervene in disputes among Users or between a User and a third party and is not liable for resulting damage.

Article 22 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

1. The parties will consult in good faith to resolve disputes amicably. 2. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. 3. Jurisdiction for litigation relating to these Terms is determined by applicable law.

Supplementary Provision

These Terms take effect on March 13, 2026.
